Session Spotlight: A Tribute To The 1920's

A few weeks ago I was asked by Jeannie Scala, Owner of Vincenzo Designs Boutique, if I would be interested in displaying one of my photographs in her store. Her only request was that the photo preferably be black & white. Having been inspired by the look and feel of photos from the 1920's era, I’ve always wanted to photograph a series of images that captured the style of that time and this project presented me with the perfect opportunity to do so.

My vision for the series was to pay tribute to that era while adding a subtle blend of contemporary style into the mix as well. The photo at the top of the post and the three below are from the series.
