Surviving Winter

Snowfall in the northeast during the winter months is no surprise. But this winter season, we've been fed a steady diet of record snow accumulations, sub-zero temperatures and high winds almost on a weekly basis. For kids, those who enjoy winter sports or have a snow plowing business, it's been a winter wonderland. For others that have a long commute or have to work in it, maybe not so much.

I am not a winter person. But, as a photographer, capturing some special moments in this extreme weather, make it just a little warmer. Here are just a few shots in the snow with my favorite model.

It looks like our winter boots, coats and hats will be with us at least for a couple more months.  So make the best of it and hang in there, the balmy days of summer are on the way!
